Bioinformatics Service Unit
Overview
BGSi's Bioinformatics Service Unit will focus on the primary and secondary analysis of whole-genome sequencing data. The standardized pipeline will transform raw sequencing genomic and genetic data to make the data ready for further downstream analysis and improve time efficiency. BGSi Bioinformatics platform also provides support to the hubs for the processing of their targeted genomics data.

Data Access
The data is stored within a secured and compliant server located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The data will be generated and utilized by clinicians from six hubs within BGSi's Hub.
But, access to the data by external parties could be granted following the submission of a detailed proposal which will be reviewed by BGSi and its Hub.
